At Jackson Strength and Performance, our mission is simple: build strong, confident, resilient athletes who excel in sport—and in life. With over 20 years of coaching experience across youth, high school, collegiate, professional, and Olympic levels, we provide an unmatched training environment rooted in expertise, safety, and individualized development.
Our coaching staff is the most experienced in the Flathead Valley. Every coach undergoes comprehensive background checks, maintains Safe Sport certification, and completes our rigorous 12-step internal training process. This ensures that every athlete receives consistent, high-quality coaching built on proven methods and years of hands-on experience.
No two athletes are the same—and their programs shouldn’t be either. Each athlete begins with an in-depth assessment designed to identify red flags, movement limitations, strengths, and weaknesses. From there, we build individualized training plans based on sport, position, age, training history, injury background, and seasonal demands.
Our commitment to a 1:5 coach-to-athlete ratio or better ensures that every athlete is seen, supported, and coached with precision.
We believe success is built on consistency and effort. Our training environment reinforces discipline, accountability, and long-term development, helping athletes build habits that carry them far beyond the weight room. Through ongoing testing and retesting, athletes and families can see measurable progress in performance, speed, strength, and overall athleticism.
We offer training availability every 15 minutes before and after school, on weekends, and during homeschool hours. Whether you’re managing school sports, travel teams, or multiple kids, we make high-quality training accessible and convenient.
We continue to grow and elevate our facility to meet the needs of our athletes. Coming soon:
